2016 was a killer year for NoiseFix. We managed to book over 40 shows around the country. I'd like to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you to every single person who helped make these happen.
A big thanks to the amazing venues we call home (The Winston Pub, The Bohemian • Pub • Pool • Pizza • Music, ROAR, etc) and to all of you that came out and supported. You showed that South Africa's punk, hardcore and metal communities are still as passionate, still as committed and still as sweaty as ever.
Huge shout out to God Mother, Magrudergrind, Slander, Wildernessking, Peasant, Black Math, CONQUEROR HC (RIP) and Life Below for trusting us to book your tours. And to the hundreds of bands that played support at these shows, you guys and girls are the backbone of this community and you constantly impress us with your passion and thirst to make it a better place.
Lastly a massive thanks to Richard, Pieter, Alain and Berns. You dudes have ramped NoiseFix to a place I never imagined it would be and I'm beyond stoked for it.
NoiseFix always was and always will be about the community, and in that regard 2016 was a massive success.
